  A clean and friendly place in the town centre. More functional than luxurious, bordering on spartan. Comfortable nonetheless. Avoid front rooms bec of traffic noise. No restaurant onsite. Eating places nearby to cater for all requirements. Helpful staff at reception. Coin Laundromat is across the road with a change machine.

  Good . Room size is big and spacious . Housekeeping is done very well, the floor is exceptionally clean . Aircon is very cold, very good. . Service is good and attentive. Can be better . Front porch dropoff, the 4 car park lots/driveway in front of the main lobby are are sheltered. Perhaps can allow cars to drop off/pick up under shelter, rather than in the rain. . The windows are not exactly sound proof, can hear traffic going by.

  Within my expectations, very well manage & good location to visit places of interest nearby. Price wise reasonable.

  Booked online and confirmed via phone call. However, when I got there, there was no booking under my name. The guard was very rude when we were trying to park the car. After dinner I used my card trying to enter the room, was not able to. There was only one staff and she was not sure what to do as the key was with the housekeeping who will come to work at 8am in the morning. Manager did not pick up the call and there were no other rooms available. At last after half-hour able to open the door.

  A modern small scale hotel at the centre of Ipoh town. Hotel and room cleanliness is acceptable. Room size for twin sharing is also durable. Price is also ok. Restaurants and hawker centres easily accessible. Only setback is insufficient parking lots. Would recommend anytime.
