  The vet is friendly, both Dr Maya and Dr Syamil is kind and helpful, always giving out meaningful advice regarding pet care. In terms of cleanliness, I would like to comment that they have in house cats and they're free to roam around the clinic, and pee as they wish. I stepped on a puddle of pee here, not a big deal, understandable it's a confined space and could be stressful for the cats hence the marking. The doctors room where we bring our pets out of the cage to actually have them examined by the doctor however, is too small, they have cats in convalescence in the same room! Some of them I noticed just had surgery, some has infections, so the room sterility is highly doubted. I had an issue before with the receptionist giving mixed up prescription for my cat! But continue going as I like both Dr Syamil and Dr Maya. Then somehow this one time I send a cat and was seen by a new doctor who talks nonsense, that my cat needs antibiotics (despite not having signs of infections ; fever etc). She said it could be fungal, but need antibiotics? So I was extremely suspicious of her diagnosis and course of treatment. And then I had another cat send for surgery, not only the stitches are done WIDELY APART and LOOSE, they forgot to put my cat on e collar (which I conveniently had pack together for him as I know he will lick the stitches.) to cut story short, wound took longer than expected to heal, I brought him to another well equipped vet nearby, they had smear done and it's positive of sporo. Since my cats are 100% indoor I'm confident he gets it whilst he was at this vet as he spend a significant amount of time recovering here. My word of advice, it's a decent place for simple stuff like vaccination, but if your case is complicated, send elsewhere or you'll burn money and time needing to treat super added infection. I'm so frustrated and won't be going back unless they stepped up their hygiene game.

  Awesome， for first time I went there for my kitten and my sister kitten to do checkup.We love the services and Dr.Syamil explained well to us.Right place to go

  A very nice place to send your cat for checkups. Very reasonable and affordable for the service price, and the vets are very good and friendly too.
