  20171217 - non peak seems to be much better in terms of service. Food service remains the same. No improvement in my view. 20171029 - it is a peak hour so I can understand the slow service but maybe 3 staff table service staff is inadequate? service/checking on tables was not done - I had to walk to front counter to ask for our food while other tables came much were already served. apparently order was missed (despite automation). Taste wise, noodles were overcooked and soup base was blend unfortunately. wish things were better. will try again soon, hoping things to turn around for the better.
