::Had a really bad experience last time i came here. Waited 40 min for food (table of 2) and watched tables left right and centre get served before us. Mentioned to waitress about long wait, she said she would get check then never got back to us. Went to get up and leave frustrated then they decided to put our order on the hot plate and told us to wait 5 min for them to cook the food. Asked to take away the food since no time left and all the way to the counter they were still serving other people before my order despite knowing our frustrating situation and experience. This bad experience has really put me off ever coming back here again sorry to say. Bye bye jumping jack!

::Visited the orchard central outlet a few times. A great place to get affordable, quality Western food at an affordable price. A pity not many people seem to know about this place, more marketing would def help bring the customers in!

::Very affordable price, average below $15, cosy, Kampong spirit. More variety of food, instead of just steak. Of course, it still does serve their famous steak as it's under Jack's Place.

::Nice ambience and affordable western food. I enjoyed the steak that was done correctly. Service was friendly and quick. Suitable for a family meal, not so much for couples looking for a romantic date.

::Patronized the outlet at Orchard Central as there was a 1-for-1. Service was good. The waiter, I believe the manager took our orders and was patient when we had to clarify something. Order the mini beef burgers and they were good. Also had refills for water without having to ask. Would come back for affordable Western food. Only thing is that they forgot the cheese mayo with the fries for one order. Otherwise, thumbs up.
