Service is awesome! Service staff is prompt, considerate and gentle. When asked if we could have the sofa seat, he checked in with us, saying that some customers have mentioned that it is a bit low, and thus better for chilling. Upon seeing that we are hesitating if we should order the one-for-one because we're not sure we've hit the $40 requirement, he kindly offered to help us check. When asked if the prawns for the tomyum are de-shelled, he also kindly offered to put in that request for us to the Chef. (= It's three star only because the vegetables - Kang Kong and Long bean - are not up to par. Green curry chicken and the tomyum are good though. Thanks Bali Thai for the good service.

Waited for a long time outside to get a seat. Only 2 staff running the floor and got little to no service at all. Left the place after waiting for 15mins with no service. Not enough ground staff for this place

If you're thinking of getting their gado-gado and soto ayam, don't. It is not like the dish you knew where it comes with those rice cubes like ketupat/lontong. Theirs are just boiled vegetables (kangkong, bean sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli among others) and a side of insufficient peanut gravy. Their soto ayam with countable chunks of chicken and lots of bean sprouts and soo oon (rice vermicelli). No rice cubes. No chilli soy sauce. No parsley or corriander or spring onions. No bergedil (potato croquet). Just those in a soupy base that suits 1 pax instead of their claimed of 2-3 pax. Price is a ripoff of $25 for these 2 dish.

The popular Thai food chain's location in punggol's waterway point. The food is on point and tasty just like the other locations. However, the service was sorely lacking. We had to ask for multiple things multiple times before being served. Unless staff changes, not recommended to come here.
