::Staff is friendly but service would be improved especially for account opening. Only one staff in charge, asked to wait hour plus for the staff back due to lunch break. Should have back up staff.

::Here to change money notes, wait more than an hour even though no customer at the counter but got staff manning the counter. If can give 0 star I would.

::Service could be improved. FYI, if you want an account statement, they won’t print it for you and just tell you to print from maybank2u. Tho sometimes documents requirement need a cop from the bank for acc statement,ISO🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️hence the request for the bank to print the account statement.
