  Called this number and receive good services. Good job! Still if went there for banking matters it will take up to an hour 😐

  Awfully slow service. Arrived and taken number at 10.15 am.... and there was a queue of 5 numbers ahead. I waited until 11am exactly to be served. Isnt there a system to monitor and manage customer service? Other vacant counters should be able to serve queuing customers isnt it?
