::Tang Yen is a Chinese glutinous rice balls dessert traditionally consumed during Winter Solstice day (冬至) but it can be anytime nowadays. Operated for more than 60 years, the dessert is still being hand-prepared on the spot using original recipe. Parking can be a problem here. The stall is extremely busy during Winter Solstice day.
