::AC wasn't working, even after swapping rooms. Some rooms can be loud due to street noises. No sound proofing was done. Breakfast was a joke. Save the calories for real Penang food outside. Some parking spaces for guests. Overall not satisfied and would recommend other heritage hotels

::Aircon in 2 rooms offered not working. No follow-up from the maintenance team despite requested even after 2 nights. Street facing rooms very loud. Breakfast very basic. Not coming back again here.

::Beautifully design boutique hotel with very spacious rooms. However the housekeeping could be improved. Also has a serious mosquito infestation problem.

::Old style and historic building. With its charming and delightful staff, it's a place to visit again on my next trip. With the availability of a restaurant which serves great food has made my stay very enjoyable. A sincere thank you to the staff. The only negative I would have to point out for the less tolerant people is the traffic noise that one would have to tolerate.
